Clairfield advises the sale of Dumona to DCM France

Dumona, a French leader in professional substrates, potting soils, and production of plant‐growing material, was sold to DCM France, the French subsidiary of Groupe DC, a Belgian family‐owned group specializing in the production and distribution of plant care, animal care, and environmental care products.
