Clairfield advises on the acquisition of Plant-I by Radius Payment Solutions

Radius is the group behind the telematics and fuel card brands Kinesis and UK Fuels. Dating back to 1990, Crewe-based Radius now has over 21 offices in 14 countries and has a market-leading range of products servicing small and medium vehicle fleets.

The acquisition will take Radius to 120,000 connected devices, making the group one of the largest European telematics companies. In addition, Plant-i’s connected camera technology solution will enhance Radius’ offering considerably.

Clairfield International in the UK was engaged by Radius Payments Solutions to provide both financial and tax due diligence of Plant-i.
