Clairfield advises NPM Capital on the acquistion of a 35% interest in Ohpen
NPM Capital, the private equity company of the family-owned group SHV, acquired a 35% interest in Ohpen, a rapidly growing Dutch fintech company, from Amerborgh International.
Ohpen, founded in 2009, is a Dutch financial technology company that produces a cloud-based banking platform. The company is a pioneer as the first cloud native core banking provider in the world. Clients are insurances companies, including Aegon and NN, and banks, such as Volksbank.
