Nets Group, a market leader in the payments industry, established a strategic alliance with Przelewy24, one of the leading online-payment service providers in the Polish market.

Nets Group is a leading provider of digital payment services and related technology solutions across the Nordic region. The Group offers card payment, invoice handling, credit transfer transactions and merchant services.

Thanks to the strategic alliance with Przelewy24, Nets further strengthens the Group’s European presence and consolidates its payment activities in the sixth largest country in EU with high growth in digital payments. Following the recent acquisition of Dotpay/eCard, Nets Group will attain a majority stake of 51% in the consolidated Polish group including Przelewy24 and Dotpay/eCard.

Clairfield International acted as financial advisor to Nets Group. Clairfield International also advised its earlier acquisition of Dotpay/eCard. The Przelewy24 transaction is the fifth e-payment transaction we advised in Poland, making Clairfield a clear leader in this segment where we have international expertise.
