Orbis Continue Deal Flow With Maven’s Investment In Flow Communications

Orbis have completed on Maven’s buy-and-build investment in Flow Communications.

Flow are a rapidly growing provider of network infrastructure and IT security solutions. Founded in 2008 by Nick Sonigra the company has expanded quickly and is proud to count a number of enterprise and large service providers amongst its clients.

Over the last 18 months Orbis have worked closely with the shareholders to explore a number of options to unlock the next stage of growth for the company. For Orbis the transaction was led by Shah Zaki and Simon Lloydbottom.
