Orbis advise on the sale of OGL Computer Support and CyberGuard Technologies to Wavenet

Orbis Partners have advised on the sale of OGL Computer Support and CyberGuard Technologies (“OGL”) to Wavenet.

Recognising the continued convergence between IT Services and Telecoms Solutions markets, Orbis introduced Wavenet to OGL as a strong strategic buyer.  Orbis subsequently advised on a discrete sale process on behalf of the OGL shareholders.  The Orbis team was led by Partner, Shah Zaki and Manager, Nick Wall.

OGL Computer Support and CyberGuard are an eminent IT Solutions and Cyber Security Services provider, employing over 200 staff with high profile clients in the private and public sectors.

Having made this strategic acquisition, Wavenet is now one of the largest providers of Unified Communication, Cloud Solutions and Cyber Security Services in the UK.
