Nordic VIEW Group acquired UK-based Cottons Group

VIEW Group is a finance and IT outsourcing solutions company founded in 2004, now operating in five countries with more than 1,100 employees.

Headquartered in the Midlands, Cottons Group is an established accountancy and advisory firm providing accounting, tax, payroll and corporate finance services. The business employs around 120 people across seven UK locations and will continue to operate under the Cottons Group name.

The acquisition further strengthens VIEW Group’s UK presence and supports its strategy to become a leading provider of financial and business services across the Nordics and UK.
